Company Registration and Trademark Registration Process

For Company Registration

5 WORKING DAYS

We apply for a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), for which you would need to submit the documents of all directors of the company. Our representatives will inform you of the documents required.

7 WORKING DAYS

While the DSC is being processed, we will check whether your company name is available. We will also begin preparing the incorporation documents and the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA).

2 WORKING DAYS

As soon as the incorporation documents are approved, we will apply for a Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Account Number (TAN).

For Trademark Registration

2 WORKING HOURS

We'll confirm the availability of your trademark before getting started. If available, we will send across a letter, which you need to sign, to authorise us to file the application on your behalf.

3 WORKING DAYS

We will file all the necessary forms and, within three working days, you will be able to use the TM symbol against your brand name.

24 MONTHS

Over the next 24 months, the Trade Marks Office will examine your brand name, invite opposition to it and finally register it.
