How to Appoint a GST Authorised Signatory

To appoint a GST authorised signatory, a business must file Form GST REG-11 with the GST authorities. The form must contain the following information:

  • The name and address of the authorised signatory
  • The GSTIN of the authorised signatory
  • The date of appointment of the authorised signatory
