The tenant intends to use it for commercial purposes and has approached the landlord to lease the premises for a period of 11 months, which can be extended based on mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant.
NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
- FIXED-TERM AGREEMENT:
The tenant agrees to rent the property for a fixed term of 11 months, beginning from [Agreement_Start_Date]. Upon expiration, this Agreement will automatically convert into a month-to-month agreement unless either party notifies the other in writing at least 30 days prior to expiration, indicating they do not wish to continue the Agreement. - RENT:

If the tenant removes any property belonging to the landlord without express written consent, it will be considered abandonment and surrender of the premises by the tenant. The landlord may take further legal action. - WAIVER:
All rights granted to the landlord in this agreement are cumulative, in addition to any laws which may exist or come into being. The exercise or failure to exercise any right by the landlord shall not act as a waiver of those or any other rights. No statement or promise by the landlord, its agents, or employees, regarding tenancy, repairs, rent, or any other terms shall be binding unless put in writing and made a specific part of this agreement. - FULL DISCLOSURE:
The tenant signing this Rental Agreement affirms that all questions regarding the agreement have been answered, that they fully understand the terms, obligations, and responsibilities outlined herein. They also acknowledge that they agree to fulfill their obligations or face the full legal and financial consequences of violating this agreement. The tenant’s signature on this agreement confirms receipt of a signed copy.
