RCMC means the Registration Cum Membership Certificate issued by the Export Promotion Council or the Commodity Board. At the recently concluded National Conference for improving export competitiveness and enhancing farmer’s income, APEDA chairman and Dr M. Angamuthu (IAS) called for increasing value addition and developing a strategy for diversification for food production in India. He further stated that organic farming is the way forward for agriculture in India.
