FAQ's on Partnership Firm Registration in Puducherry

₹3,50,000 or 90% of book profit, whichever is greater, in the event of a loss; on the remaining book profit, 60% of book profit.
No income tax is paid by your partnership. Instead, each partner pays tax at the individual income rates on their portion of the partnership's income (profits).
