Chapter 33 of the HSN Code covers essential oils, resinoids, and various perfumery, cosmetic, or toilet preparations. HSN Code 3301 includes essential oils, whether terpeneless or not, such as concretes, absolutes, resinoids, oleoresins, concentrates in fats, oils, waxes, and aqueous distillates or solutions of essential oils. HSN Code 3302 pertains to mixtures of odoriferous substances, including alcoholic solutions used in the industry or for beverage manufacturing. HSN Code 3303 covers perfumes and toilet waters, excluding aftershave lotions, personal deodorants, and hair lotions. HSN Code 3304 includes beauty or makeup preparations, skin care products (including sunscreens and suntan lotions), and manicure or pedicure preparations (excluding medicaments). HSN Code 3305 focuses on preparations for hair care. HSN Code 3306 relates to oral or dental hygiene products, such as denture fixative pastes, powders, and dental floss in retail packages. Lastly, HSN Code 3307 covers shaving preparations (including pre-shave and aftershave products), personal deodorants, bath and shower products, depilatories, and other cosmetics, including room deodorizers with or without disinfectant properties.
