Head – Learning and Development

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining structures and support for training and professional development, leading training initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, driving process improvements, and developing a digital repository of training materials to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
    • Create an effective training module design necessitates a structured approach with clear objectives, engaging content, collaborative learning opportunities, a robust LMS, and continuous evaluation to ensure alignment with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training programs on various topics, including soft skills (communication, teamwork, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution), process improvement methodologies and industry-specific knowledge (legal, finance etc.).
    • Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop customized training solutions to address specific employee needs.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training repository system, including online learning modules, presentations, and assessments.
    • Develop and implement impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and contribute to organizational success.
    • Drive the digital transformation of training and development initiatives, including the adoption of online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and mobile learning solutions.

    Job Specifications

    • Qualification(s):
      • MBA in Finance or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed university.
      • Master’s Degree in Organizational Development.
    • Experience
        • Nature of Experience:
          • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs across diverse departments within a customer-focused organization, including Legal, Company Secretarial, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and other key verticals.
        • Length of Experience:
          • 8 – 10 years
      • Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
        • Excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner.

          Proficient in Learning Management Systems and modern training tools.

          Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

          Ability to think strategically and creatively.

          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

          Strong presentation skills with passion for learning and development.

          High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

          • Age Group: 30 – 38 years
            • Additional information:
              • Proven experience as a Trainer – Multilingual
