New Features in MCA V-3:

  1. E DIR-2 – Appointment of Director: The attachment of DIR-2 to DIR-12 has been removed. Instead, a checkbox at the end of the form will cover the DIR-2, and DSCs of the person being appointed will be affixed on DIR-12 along with DSCs of directors and professionals.
  2. INC-22 – Registered Office: When shifting the registered office, it is now mandatory to attach photos of the external building and the inside of the building with one director/KMP who is signing the INC-22 form.
  3. Appointment of New Director in Case of Disqualification: If all the directors of a company are disqualified, a new director can be appointed by filing DIR-12, eliminating the need to visit ROC and RD offices.
