As per the law, any organization with more than 20 employees must undergo EPF UAN registration online. During the registration process, a unique user ID and password are set up to access the portal and its features securely.

Members registered on the Member Portal receive monthly messages containing their UAN, monthly contributions, and the total balance in their PF account. How to Get UAN Information Through a Missed Call?
PF members registered on the UAN portal have the option to retrieve their details by simply giving a missed call to the provided number: 011-22901406. It’s essential to use the registered mobile number for this purpose. The call will automatically disconnect after two rings, and there will be no charge for using this facility.
To avail of the missed call facility successfully, two prerequisites must be met:
- The mobile number must be activated and linked with the UAN on the unified portal.
- At least one of the following KYC (Know Your Customer) details must be available and linked to the UAN:
- Bank account number
- Aadhaar
- PAN
