The Andhra Pradesh government is continuing extensive land surveys in the state. It aims to complete the land survey and issue clear titles in 5200 villages by July 2023 and another 5700 villages by the end of Aug. By the end of Sept. 2023, the land survey and transparent title issuance in 6460 more villages will be completed. Besides land surveys, land records are also being corrected. The administration continues a detailed land survey using orthorectified radar imagery to resolve all land-related conflicts.
