- Copy of records related to land the Gaushala is built on
- Photocopy of the society registration certificate

- Copy of Committee PAN Card and Aadhaar Card
- Particulars of income and expenditure of Gaushala
- Photocopy of the proposal by the executive body of the institution for registration of Gaushala
- Bank account details of the committee
- Signature of all the officers on the declaration
- Copy of legal articles/proposals authorizing maintenance of records, correspondence etc.
- Copy of article or proposal regarding the regularization of an officer in the current management committee of Gaushala
