  3. A user id and password will be generated and sent to your registered email address and phone number.

  5. Fill out the complete details with your name, current and permanent address, gender, date of birth, father’s name, nationality, religion, contact information, blood relation information, local reference information, and so on.
  6. Verify the information and click submit.
  7. In the following step, upload the scanned copy of the original documents as specified.
  8. Following submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement slip, which you can download and save for future reference.
  9. Save the application number as well to check or track the status of the application.
  10. When the verification is complete, you will be notified via SMS or email that your SC certificate is ready.

Offline SC Certificate Application

People may also apply for SC certificates in person at a nearby Tehsil office, SDM office, Revenue office, or CSC centre run by govt officials.

To apply, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the nearest Tehsil or SDM office and fill out the application form with your full name, address, contact information, and so on.
  2. Mention your blood relative who possesses the SC certificate.
  3. Mark the SC category.
  4. Fill out and sign the self-declaration form.
  5. Attach a passport-sized photo and provide a local reference address for verification.
  6. After completing the application form, self-attest the required documents and attach them to the application.
  7. Lastly, apply to the appropriate officer and wait 30-35 days for a response.

Validity of SC Certificate
