The organization represents Trade Houses, Export Houses, and Star Export Houses. FIEO is concerned with both the promotion of exports of goods and the promotion of exports of services. The Federation of Indian Export Organisations serves as a guide for all Indian businesspeople in the export-import sector. The FIEO regulates all export-related entities in India. As a result, it collaborates with the Indian government to promote India’s exports. With the support of FIEO, entrepreneurs can take advantage of numerous opportunities, such as global exposure and comprehensive advice on essential aspects of international trade, such as Foreign Trade Policy.

Digital Signature Certificate

The application for an import-export code can be submitted online by importers and exporters. That’s why obtaining a digital signature from the company’s owner or director is necessary. Digital signatures are the most common online application method for an IEC code.

For organizations that already hold an IEC code for export or import, the DGFT offers a one-of-a-kind Digital Signature Certificate. Up to 50% of License Fees can be saved for applicants using this unique Digital Signature Certificate Online, DSC.

A Copy Of The IEC Code Certificate

The Import Export Code, abbreviated as IEC, is necessary for commercial entities importing or exporting products and services from India. IEC is a document that can be obtained from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, DGFT. Import and export companies use it as a passport.

If you plan to export or import something from India, you must have permission for the Import Export Code, IEC. A DGFT-issued FIEO registration is required for all imports and exports.

It’s only necessary to use the IEC Code when transferring services or technology under Section 7 of the Foreign Trade, Development and Regulation Amendment Act, 2010, that the technology supplier or the service provider seeks benefit under the Foreign Trade Policy.

A Certificate from a Chartered Accountant, Certifying The Export Turnover Figure

The Chartered Accountant provides a turnover certificate. Applicants for this certificate must provide proof of their organization’s total revenue. The turnover duration can range from one year to many, depending on the circumstances. The organization’s application is responsible for this transfer, not a group or a sister organization.

A genuine certificate from a Chartered Accountant confirms the export turnover and FOB value in rupees for the prior year. A NIL certificate should be attached if no exports were made in the previous year for new members. For service exporters who have been in business for three years or more, the exporter’s chartered accountant must certify the exporter’s service export data.

MSME Enrollment Certificate

A micro, small, and medium-sized business is referred to as MSME. India’s economy relies heavily on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, MSME. When these industries flourish, the economy of the nation as a whole grows and prospers. To better describe these industries, we might refer to them as “small-scale” or “SSI” industries. Under the MSME act, enrollments for manufacturing and service-related businesses can be sought. The government hasn’t yet made this enrollment necessary. Still, getting your business listed under this is a good idea because it provides several advantages in taxation, loans, setting up the firm, credit facilities, etc.

On October 2, 2006, the MSME started providing services to clients. It was created to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses. The enrollment process for MSME is done entirely online, without using any paper, and is based on self-declaration. For registering an MSME, no paperwork or proof needs to be uploaded. Once the MSME form has been completed, a confirmation message and reference number will be displayed. After verifying the enrollment form completed on the portal, the Ministry of MSME will send the MSME certificate or the Udyam enrollment certificate to the email address of the entrepreneur. MSME certification will be issued within a few days of submitting an application form. There is no time limit on the MSME enrollment certificate’s expiration date.
