Adhar Udyog Registration, and Documents Required

Read this blog to know about the Udyam Aadhar system and the benefits of GST registration with the same in India.

Overview:

The Adhar Udyog Enrolment is a web-based and cost-free process. It is a huge benefit for SMEs in the country, and we have outlined the complete registration process below.

Previously, if you wanted to create a business and obtain MSME registration, you had to do a lengthy process. Two measures were required: the Start-up Memorandum-I and the Start-up Memorandum-II.  The MSME registration was simplified with the Enrolment. Industries that registered with Adhar Udyog became liable for a plethora of different programmes, including rebates and easier finance approvals.

To obtain the paybacks approved for MSME, industries or industrialists with Udyog Aadhaar Registration should move to Udyam Registration by June 30, 2022. If entrepreneurs do not switch to Udyam Registration, their respective Udyog Aadhar Memo (UAM) will become invalid and they will need to Register again on the Udyam Website to obtain the benefits of MSME.
