  1. Conduct a board conference or pass a  board determination: 
  • To consider and start shifting the registered office of the firm within regional limits 
  • To approve CS or CFO or any director of the firm to document notes of modification of the shift of the problem of registered office with registrar
  1. In the case of some mentioned firms, acknowledge the board conference to commodity trades (where the shares of the firm are listed), as soon as relatively probable and not later than 24 hours from the decision of the board conference and broadcast the same on the official website of the firm within 2 working days
