  • As the certificate is valid forever, you do not need to reapply or renew the certificate from time to time.
  • If you wish to apply offline for the certificate, the forms will be available at:
  1. Tehsildar’s Office
  2. Sub-Divisional Office
  3. Revenue Office
  4. District Collector’s Office
  5. Any authority given the task of handing out domicile certificates by the concerned State Government
  • The offline application once filled, must be submitted to the Sub-divisional office along with a copy of the supporting documents and two passport-sized photographs.
