  3. From the homepage, click on the Status Check tab.
  4. In doing so, a drop-down menu appears. From this menu, choose the Pulse Survey Search option.

  6. This will bring up your Ration Card.

Once you submit the application form for obtaining a ration card, you should receive the ration card in a few days after processing. However, the process takes roughly two or three weeks, depending on the number of applications and the efficiency of the officer.   • Search for “Application search” in the search bar

  • Choose the “Grievance” option.
  • Once the new page appears, enter your ration card no. or UID no.

  • Follow the rest of the procedure as mentioned and notify your grievance. 
  • Once you are done, a grievance Id will be generated which may be used for future references.
