Grievance Redressal

Procedure to Award of Contract

  1. The west Bengal government will invite bids from interested suppliers for the supply of bicycles under the scheme.
  2. The bids will be evaluated on the basis of price, quality and delivery schedule.
  3. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder who meets all the required criteria.
  4. The supplier will be required to deliver the bicycles to the designated schools within the stipulated time frame.
