- If the selling rate of the notified crop in the market committee premises equals or exceeds the minimum support price, no scheme benefits will be disbursed
- If the selling rate of the notified crop in the Agricultural Produce Market Committee premises is below the minimum support price but above the model selling rate set by the state government, the difference between the minimum support price and the farmer’s selling price will be paid to the farmer. This amount will be transferred only to the bank account registered by the farmer during Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana portal registration
- If the selling rate of the notified crop in the market committee premises falls below the state government’s model selling rate, the difference between the minimum support price and the model selling rate will be deposited into the designated bank account registered by the farmer during the Chief Minister Bhavantar Payment Scheme portal registration. However, if the average of the model selling rate across three states for any of the mentioned crop products exceeds the minimum support price, the Chief Minister Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana will not be applicable to that specific crop product.
