Conclusion

As they say, certain calamities are man-made, and certain calamities are an act of god. The man-made ones can be corrected and avoided in the future. However, when it comes to an act of god, all we can do is stand by each other and help those affected by such a calamity. This particular scheme hopes to achieve the same by helping those farmers affected by natural reasons and breakages in the seasonal cycle. The government now plans to expand the scope of the scheme and include more grains in its purview to ensure that no farmer has to suffer for no fault of his own.
