APEDA Registration Online Process

OTP Generation for Confirmation

To confirm the information, a One Time Password is necessary. OTP will be sent via email and contact number. To continue, click the Submit button.

Online Application Submission

Fill out the online application and upload the necessary documents after the verification is complete. Please remember that the documents should only be in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format.

Application Form Processing

Using the provided OTP, return to the website and complete the online application in one or more sessions. Once the information has been entered into the appropriate fields, don’t forget to save the data. Before making an online payment, the entered data can be changed.

Payment of Mandatory Fees

Any of the following methods may be used to pay the Rs. 5000 (excluding taxes) required for APEDA registration:

Application Number Generation

An application number will be generated once the payment has been received, and it may be needed for future reference.

Providing Login Information

The login information will be sent to the registered email ID of the exporter upon issuing of the Registration Cum Membership Certificate. The “Exporter Login” link is where the Exporter can access their own account to log in.

Status Report

By selecting the “Track Application” option and entering their IE code and application number, a candidate can check the status of their RCMC application until it is approved.

Re-Submission Of Documents

The exporter will have to keep track of the application and resubmit the document online if there is any misunderstanding.

Acceptance of RCMC

The RCMC must be approved as the last step before the certificate can be viewed using the APEDA Login under the headline “View RCMC Certificate.”
