Who Are Eligible to Avail Benefits Under Bihar Laptop Yojana 2023?

The candidate must be a permanent resident of Bihar
The student must have earned a good passing grade in 12th grade from the Bihar Board of Secondary Education.
SC and ST students must receive a minimum of 75%, while students in the general category must score a minimum of 85%.
