  4. Enter your login ID and password and login for services
  5. Now choose new registration of shops and establishments
  6. Choose Form-A and fill the form and submit it
  7. Upload all the documents mentioned in the form
  8. Pay registration fees

After the successful filling of the form, you will see the status “Under Scrutiny.” It means that your application is under process. Once the information mentioned by you is verified, the application will be processed and approved—login on the portal and download the certificates.

  1. Aadhaar card of the proprietor or partner or directors
  2. PAN Card of the proprietor or partner or directors
