Rajasthan JDA Housing Scheme, is a housing scheme launched by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) in the state of Rajasthan, India. Online applications are being received by the Jaipur Development Authority for residential plots in Zone 11 of the city.
For residents in the LIG and MIG classifications, a total of 359 residential plots are obtainable. There are 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer, and 194 Plots in Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road. The lottery process will be used to start the process. - The applicant must be a resident of Jaipur or have a permanent address in the city
- The applicant’s income should fall between ₹3, 00,000 to ₹6,00,000 as specified by the government
- The applicant should not own any other residential property in Jaipur city
