Priyadarshini Nagar Jaipur JDA New Scheme

Rajasthan JDA Housing Scheme, is a housing scheme launched by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) in the state of Rajasthan, India. Online applications are being received by the Jaipur Development Authority for residential plots in Zone 11 of the city.

For residents in the LIG and MIG classifications, a total of 359 residential plots are obtainable. There are 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer, and 194 Plots in Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road. The lottery process will be used to start the process. Candidates may apply online at jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria JDA New Scheme

  • The applicant must be a resident of Jaipur or have a permanent address in the city
  • The applicant’s income should fall between ₹3, 00,000 to ₹6,00,000 as specified by the government
  • The applicant should not own any other residential property in Jaipur city
  • The applicant should be at least 18 years old
  • There may be other criteria that the government specifies, such as the applicant being a member of a specific profession or belonging to a specific category (such as ex-servicemen, disabled, etc.)

In order to apply for the JDA new scheme registration, applicants must pay ₹500. This fee must be paid at the time of registration using a debit card, credit card, net banking, etc., or by making a cash deposit at an e-Mitra Kiosk. Your registration (processing) money will be returned if the plot is not allocated.

Procedure to Apply Online For JDA New Scheme

  • Step 1: Visit official website of the Jaipur Development Authority and click ‘Registration for Allotment in JDA Residential Schemes’
  • Step 2: Press ‘proceed’ and choose plots in Anand Vihar / Surya Nagar / Kheda Jagannathpura residential schemes of Javipra 
  • Step 3: Press ‘Apply for registration’ and feed the details
  • Step 4: Click send OTP to verify for mobile number
  • Step 5: After login, the list will be visible, Click the Select button option > select your Category and Annual Income Criteria
  • Step 6: Select the scheme under which you want to fill the application Form and pay the registration amount
