The main goal of Ramai Awas Yojana 2023 is to ensure that poor individuals in the state who have been unable to build their own homes because of financial constraints are able to do so. This scheme is extremely beneficial for those financially disadvantaged families as it provides homes to poor people from Maharashtra’s Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Neo-Buddhist communities.

The Maharashtra government will offer houses to its residents through the Gharkul scheme. So far, 1.5 lakh houses have been handed to Maharashtra residents through the Gharkul Yojana, with the government aiming to offer 51 lakh residences through the Gharkul Yojana List. Gharkul Yojana List: Eligibility and Selection Process
Interested Maharashtra residents who want to apply for a house under the Gharkul Yojana can do so online by visiting the scheme’s official website. The Gram Panchayat is responsible for selecting the beneficiaries. A permanent waiting list prepared by the Gram Panchayat is posted on the Gram Panchayat’s notice board. Only citizens of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Neo-Buddhists will be eligible under this scheme.
Do note that the applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra.

- Then go back to the home page and click on the login button.
