  • Appointments will be made via a media call.

eSanjeevani: Consultation Procedure

  • When you have a video conversation with a doctor, he or she will have full access to your past health records, if you have uploaded any.
  • The doctor will also create an electronic prescription for your ailment.
  • When you finish your consultation, the doctor will send you an e-prescription and stop the call.
  • You can also save your prescription for printing.
  • After you have finished your consultation, you can log out of the platform.
  • eSanjeevaniOPD sends the patient an SMS notification with a link to download ePrescription.
