  6. For economically weaker section flats, individual or joint income should not exceed 3 lakh per annum, and household income should not exceed Rs 10 lakh per annum. Other categories do not have income criteria.
  7. Bank account details must be provided in the application form.
  8. A permanent account number (PAN) is mandatory.
  9. In the case of joint applications under SC or ST reserved category, the joint applicant must be from within the family.
  10. For joint applications under reserved categories like war widows, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen, the applicant must belong to the respective reserved category, and the joint applicant must be from within the family.
