Overview of Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Yojana
The Government of Bihar established the Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Yojana to provide incentives to boys and girls who received first class in the 10th examination. Under this scheme, all boys and girls who have passed the 10 board exams with 1st division will receive a ₹ 10,000 incentive from the state government.
This Mukhyamantri Balak / Balika Protsahan Yojana 2023 will benefit all caste boys and girls who have received good marks in their board exams.
Who Are Eligible to Avail Benefits Under Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Yojana 2023?
- The applicant should be completely unemployed and a permanent resident of the state of Bihar.
- The applicant should be registered in the State Employment Exchange and must have the prescribed educational qualification
- The annual income of the applicant’s family should be ₹1.5 lakhs or less.
- The applicant should not have been accused of any offence in which he has been sentenced to imprisonment for 48 hours or more
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.

How to Register for Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Scheme?
Interested Bihar state beneficiaries who want to apply for the Mukhyamantri Balak / Balika (10th pass) Protsahan Scheme 2023 should follow the steps outlined below –
First Step of Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Yojana
- First and foremost, the applicant must go to the scheme’s official website. The home page will appear after you visit the official website.
- When you arrive at this home page, you will be presented with three options. Out of these three options, you must select “Apply for Chief Minister Boy/Girl 10th Pass Promotion Scheme” at the bottom.
- The following page will appear after you click on the option. At the bottom of this page, you will see the option to verify your name and account details; click on this option to check your name.
- When you click on the option, a new link will appear in front of you. In which you must choose your district and college. Then you must click the view button. Following that, the list of students who graduated with honours from the first division in 2019 will appear on the following page.
Second Step of Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Protsahan Yojana
- After that, you must return to the second page. On this page, you must select the option to Click to Apply. The application form will appear in front of you.
- Fill in your registration number, date of birth, and the number you received in 10th grade. The code must then be completed. After entering all of your information, click the login button.
- You will reach the login page after clicking on the login button. Following that, you must click on bank details. After you click the button, a form will appear in front of you.
- In this form, you must enter your name, father’s name, mother’s name, registration number, bank account number, Aadhaar number, and IFSC code.
- After entering the information, click the save button and then the go-to home button. There you must select the finalise application option.
- The next page will then appear in front of you. On this page, check the box and then press the final submit button.
