Procedure to Get a Company Name Approval
Check the availability of the proposed name. You can do this by using the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website.
Step 1: Apply for Company Name Approval
You can apply online through the MCA portal. You will need to fill out the SPICe+ form and select the ‘Part A – Company Name Approval’ option.
