Yellow alert issued for 7 districts in State today

– Kerala has seen the onset of the Tulam monsoon, according to the Central Meteorological Department.  – In the next days, the state may see extensive rain, according to the Central Meteorological Department's warning.  – Northeasterly winds are getting stronger across South India and the Bay of Bengal as part of the Tulam season.

– As a result, the state may experience extensive rain throughout the course of the next five days – The Meteorological Center reports that isolated areas may see rain along with thunder and lightning.  – Today, a yellow warning has been issued for seven districts.
