– An opportunity for permanent enlistment will be given to Agnives after four years. – Youths between 17.5 and 23 years of age who are patriots, team players, and physical fitness enthusiasts Loyalty and trained personnel boost national security through ingrained loyalty to the country

– The Indian Armed Forces will enrol chosen applicants as Agniveers for a four-year period as part of the central government's Agneepath/Agnipath Scheme. – 46,000 Agniveers will be recruited by the Armed Forces this year under the Agnipath/Agneepath programme. – Aginveers will enter society as a motivated, disciplined, and talented workforce looking for job.

– The military would teach the recruits in the necessary abilities throughout the course of these four years.  – The Agnipath recruitment programme is a revolutionary project that will give the armed services a more modern appearance. – According to the new programme, women will also be enlisted in the armed services, according to Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar.
