Definitions
- “Alliance Partner” shall mean Vakilsearch, who has entered into an alliance agreement with Grubmate for purpose of providing the Offer.
- “Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Vakilsearch on purchase of its services, during the Offer Period.
- “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from Jan 1, 2020 to June 30 th , 2020, both days inclusive.
- “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to Vakilsearch offer.
- “Products/Services” shall mean the Goods/services of the Alliance Partner (Vakilsearch).
- “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
- All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions
- Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till 90 days post the offer period date. Post such date; Vakilsearch will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer.
- Under no circumstances will the Offer/discount being offered in Offer Period be settled in lieu with cash by bank or by Alliance Partner.
- Bank does not endorse or make any representation or warranty regarding any of the products/discounts or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products/ discounts availed by the Card Holder/s under the Offer which shall be at the sole liability to Alliance Partner.
- The last month of the year is free in all of the above mentioned subscription plans.
- The mentioned prices are the base prices only and depending on the service requirement, the prices might vary from customer to customer.
- Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Vakilsearch under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
- All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi, GST etc., shall be payable by the customer as applicable.
- The provisions of this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising out of this offer which is not amicably resolved in 30 days, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai only.
- Alliance Partner reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer at any time with/without prior notice to the customers.
- Vakilsearch reserves the right to disqualify the customers from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
- No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication will be allowed.
- However, Vakilsearch reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the customers.
