Take care of the year-round compliance work as soon as your company is registered
A private limited company is essential for growing a large business, as it is your only option for raising equity from investors and offering ESOPs to your best employees. Once you do pick it, however, there are a handful of compliances that need taking care of throughout the year. For example, appointment letters of directors need to be filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) immediately, share certificates need to be printed and dispatched, compliance reports need to be prepared, among much else. While two-thirds of new businesses ignore this work, they end up paying huge fines, which can go up to Rs. 1 lakh.
We apply for a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), for which you would need to submit the documents of all directors of the company. Our representatives will inform you of the documents required.
While the DSC is being processed, we will check whether your company name is available. We will also begin preparing the incorporation documents and the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA).
As soon as the incorporation documents are approved, we will apply for a Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Account Number (TAN).
Compliances need to be completed by a certain date through the existence of the company. For example, share certificates need to be prepared within 30 days of incorporation, while annual filings need to be completed by the end of October. We take up all of this work on a 12-month contract.
We make your interaction with government as smooth as is possible by doing all the paperwork for you. We will also give you absolute clarity on the process to set realistic expectations.
Our team of experienced business advisors are a phone call away, should you have any queries about the process. But we'll try to ensure that your doubts are cleared before they even arise.
