1. Heard learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APP on behalf of respondent ý State.

2. It is stated by Mr. N. D. Nanavaty learned Sr. Advocate that the applicant has been discharged from the Hospital only on 03.05.2007 and that the Doctor has advised her to take rest.

3. In view of the statement made by learned Sr. Advocate, the temporary bail granted to the applicant is extended upto 11.05.2007. In the meantime, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent as well as the concerned Investigation Officer shall enquire as to whether application for cancellation of bail, if any, has been filed before this Court or not.
