According to the said report virtual hearing took place from 7th to 10 July, 2020 and the matter was under consideration. In the meantime a request has been made by some of the owners for physical hearing as it was not feasible to properly address the matters through virtual hearing. According to the contents of para 11, the final decision is yet to be taken and the request for 10 weeks further time has been prayed.

2 Without commenting anything on the merit of the matters, we adjourn these matters. List on 24.11.2020.

3 We expect that by the next date, final decision be placed before us and no further request for adjournment is sought by respondent No.1.

4 Interim order granted earlier to continue till the next date fixed.
