Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 26.12.2011 passed by respondent no.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that withdrawal application dated 24.8.2017 has been moved.

In view of the fact, since petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition hence present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
