Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.

The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-

"A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.T20185440500236 (Vimla Vs. Munshi) u/s 34 of L.R. Act situated at Mauja Keshochhapara, Tappa Batesar, Tehsil Khadda, District Kushinagar, pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar Tehsil Khadda,District Kushinagar within a stipulated period."

It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.

Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Khadda, District Kushinagar to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
