Heard the learned advocates for the parties.
Considering the reasons which are assigned and candid submission made by learned advocate, Mr. Sheth, who could not withstand to the submission of suppression of material facts, matter requires consideration. Hence, admit. Interim relier granted earlier by virtue of order dated 5.3.2018 is confirmed till final disposal of the appeal. In view of the fact that interim relief is confirmed, Civil Application No.1 of 2018 sands disposed of. After completion of pleadings, it would be open for the either party to move for final hearing.
