The petitioner is aggrieved by the direction issued by the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vadodara in Criminal Revision Application No. 244 of 2015 and Criminal Misc. Application No. 8 of 2016 whereby, the Court allowed the Criminal Revision Application No. 244 of 2015 and directed the petitioner herein to furnish the particulars in accordance to the directions issued in paragraph 6 of the judgment in case of Miss.Shilpa Bansilal Shah Vs. Bansilal K.Shah reported in 1993 (1) GLR 224. The said particulars be furnished within thirty days (30) from the date of this order.

appearing for the petitioner -husband has urged that he is ready to disclose his place of employment and his earnings before the Court concerned. However to insist at this stage, when the order of interim maintenance is yet to be passed, to implead the Head of Department and direct him to deduct the said amount from the salary of the petitioner and thereafter to release his salary would not only jeopardize his progress in the employment but, is not required at this stage. He since is ready to disclose all the details regarding his employment and his designation, issue Notice returnable on 7th June, 2016.

Mr.Rutvij Oza, learned APP waives service of notice for and on behalf of the respondent -State. He shall disclose all the details of his employment and his designation and copy of the last salary slip before the Court concerned within a fortnight.

The remaining order shall be stayed till the returnable date.
