1. Learned Advocate Mr.Hardik Shah for the petitioner does not press for the prayer contained in Paragraph 8(A) and (B). So far as the prayer contained in Paragraph 8(C) is concerned, Mr.Hardik Shah states that though the appeal is preferred by the petitioner against the order of termination dated 28.10.2015, the same has remained undecided though the petitioner has already given reply to the queries raised by the respondent No.1 - Appellate Authority.
2. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the appeal preferred by the appellant - petitioner herein shall be decided by the concerned Appellate Authority - respondent No.1 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of this order.
3. Subject to the said direction, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
