1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondents.
2. This is an application by the applicant- convict, whereby, he has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of one month, on the ground of performing obsequies ceremonies of his uncle.
3. Heard. Perused the record and the contents of the application. The convict in support of his case has produced death certificate of his uncle. Hence, the cause for which the application is preferred appears to be genuine. The present application, therefore, Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/6598/2015 ORDER deserves to be allowed.
4. In the result, this application is allowed. The applicant-convict is ordered to be released for a period of THIRTY DAYS, from the date of his actual release, on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- before the concerned jail authorities. It is clarified that on completion of the aforesaid period, the applicant-convict will surrender before the jail authorities, forthwith. Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted, TODAY.
