(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned APP Mr.Patel places on record the statement of the convict recorded on 2.4.2015. The contents of the statement and the contents of the affidavit of his mother are at variance. Learned APP to get the things verified, if required, by confronting the convict with the affidavit of the mother and the mother with the statement of the convict. Matter is adjourned to 17.4.2015. A copy of this order be made available to learned APP for its onward communication.
