1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondents.

2. This is an application by the applicant- convict through jail, whereby, he has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days.

3. Heard. On 25.02.2015, the earlier Bench rejected the application of the very convict, who is undergoing sentence for the offence under the provisions of the NDPS Act, on the very same ground. In this application also, no fresh cause is shown so as to grant this application. Hence, this application is DISMISSED. Rule is discharged. However, office is directed to list the main matter for final hearing in the first week of MAY, 2015.
