Heard Mr.Mamta R. Vyas, learned advocate for the petitioner. She has submitted that on superannuation, the petitioner has retired long back in the year 2010. However, his retirement benefits were not provided to him as some criminal case was pending trial before the Court. She has further submitted that the said criminal case has ended in acquittal vide judgment and order dated 18.2.2019, despite that, respondents have not cleared his retiral benefits.

Hence, Notice retirement on 7th September, 2020.

Mr.Utkarsh Sharma, learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
