It is submitted that towards the compliance of the direction contained in the oral order dated 2.12.2016 passed in Special Civil Application NO.387 of 2013, for which averments are made in affidavit-in-reply along with orders passed, whereby, the petitioner was found suitable and to be granted financial benefit of pay-scale of Rs.9300-34800 + grade pay of Rs.4200 w.e.f. 1.9.2008 subject to DAR and criminal case clearance.

In view of the above, contempt application will not survive and is disposed of accordingly. Notice discharged.
