Mr. Chaudhary, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a view to file an appeal under provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present application is disposed of as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
