1. This application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to condone the delay of 207 days that has occurred in preferring Misc. Civil Application for restoration of Misc. Civil Application No.2214 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.Mehul S. Shah, learned advocate for the Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Wed May 04 04:55:46 IST 2016 C/CA/4116/2016 ORDER applicant and Mr.Rakesh Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and perused the averments made in the application.

3. For reasons stated in the application, the applicants have shown sufficient cause for the condonation of delay.

4. Hence, the following order:

The delay of 207 days that has occurred in preferring Misc. Civil Application for restoration of Misc. Civil Application No.2214 of 2015 is hereby condoned.

The Registry to give a permanent number to the Misc. Civil Application for restoration and it be listed on 04.05.2016.

5. The application is allowed, in the above terms.
