Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Judge, Kasganj to decide SCC Revision No. 5 of 2016 (Sartaz Mohammad Versus Smt. Suman and another) within a stipulated time.

Revision is of the year 1016. I am not inclined to issue any such direction, however, at this stage learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the suit was contested for 16 years, which was decided in his favour.

In such circumstances, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid revision. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered sympathetically.

No costs.
