The present application has been filed by the applicant, through jail, seeking parole leave on the ground of providing financial assistance.
It appears that the Additional District Magistrate, Rajkot has already rejected his application seeking parole leave vide the order dated 11.04.2020, from which it appears that the applicant had remained absconded for 33 days when he was granted furlough in July, 2019.
Having regard to the same, the present application is rejected.
