(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA) Matter has been discussed with regard to road and drainage facilities for the villagers, who will be surrounded in view of allotment of land in favour of respondent no.4 Larsen and Toubro Limited. Counsel for the respondent no.4 is allowed ten days' time to obtain instructions and state the width of the road they intend to make for the villagers and may produce a map showing the drainage scheme.
Post the matter on 11.02.2010.
